Race Training Plan

Ready to sign up for your next race but not sure how to train? Do you have specific race goals, like running a marathon or qualifying for Boston?

What you'll get:​

  • A customized race training program for your specific goals and schedule

  • Initial virtual consultation

  • Includes specific running workouts and running specific exercises.

Group Training Classes for Postpartum Moms

Do you and your mom friends have questions about fitness after pregnancy? Mums on the Run is now offering group classes! Imagine a get-together with your friends where you can ask questions about:

  • Pregnancy and postpartum fitness

  • Pelvic health (yes, pelvic floor issues)

  • Check diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and learn how to manage it

  • Learn basic postpartum strengthening exercises

  • Returning to your favorite workout activity safely postpartum

Classes can be done virtually, or in person if you live in Bend, Oregon (*in person classes on hold secondary to coronavirus).
